31 Days of Gratitude Journal: Day 10

Today i’m thankful for new habits. When the evidence of lockdown and working from home started showing on my waistline, i decided to pay more attention to me. I’m naturally anaemic and i have been on iron tablets for 9 years. At the beginning of this year, i was getting concerned of the possible side effects that may occur in the future from me being on iron tablets for such a long time. Despite our relatively eating healthy habit, all of the kales, spinach and iron tablets wasn’t doing anything for me.

Dizziness, tiredness, on and off headaches coupled with back pains which became worse after the birth of my 3rd child; my body just didn’t feel right. I wanted to use 100% plant based products to help me heal from the inside. After doing my research, i came across a brand that makes all their products from fruits and vegetables. These products changed my life in 2 weeks of me using them.

I no longer feel dizzy and since July, i’ve developed a new habit of doing at least 5km run 4 times a week. I lost over 11 kg of weight. The headaches and body pains are all gone. Now i have rested sleeps. I feel happier, healthier and livelier.

Today i’m thankful for all of the above. Thankful to God for bringing these products my way and for giving humans wisdom on how to use fruits and vegetable in this manner.
