God Truly Cares

Hey family! Hope you all are doing great? This is quite an unusual way for me to start a post but it is intentional. Life has been mehhh recently. I have pretty much powered through this year, not realising how much toll it was taking on me.

Two weeks ago, I started feeling very tired. I didn’t want to do anything because I was physically, spiritually and emotionally exhausted. In the midst of all of that, I was speaking with a friend from here and God used him to remind me of His love. Few days later, another lady from church texted me reminding me of God’s love for me.

God truly does care for me. He cares for you too. He reaches out to lift us up when we are down. He surrounds us with friends and family who give us the support we need.

Whatever you are going through right now, I want to remind you that God does care about you. I know you might be tired. I know it may be very hard right now. But I also know that God is right there with you.

How do I know? Because He reminded me of this truth these past few days. He created a situation that brought about an opportunity for me to be watered. He put my thought in the heart of someone who reached out to me and lifted my spirit up.

So if your life is on low right now, keep trusting Him. When He brings someone your way, open up. Don’t pretend to be ok. It’s ok not to be ok :).

God is still with you even in the bad days.

He sees you.

He hears you.

He loves you.

  1. Isn’t it amazing that God’s love is always present even when we are not particularly feeling it? I understand where you have been because I have been there myself and the Lord always comes through and speaks to me via other believers or nature itself that He is there, that He cares and that He is still in charge.

    1. Thanks so much Vickie. It’s been reassuring to be reminded of God’s presence in this season. Honestly I thank God that I’m surrounded with believers because God have used you all to water me in this season. Thank you so much again

  2. Lately, I have been learning how being involved in His word helps me understand Him all the more. John 16 says the Holy Spirit convicts of sin, righteousness, and the judgment to come. The amount of times I have been renewed from scripture and others discussing is refreshing like a balm to the weary eyes. It is wonderful how we see the Lord at work, including nature, and so wonderful others can minister His truth to us.
