Guest bloggers needed

On my 7 tips for christian bloggers post, i had some bloggers asking about how they can have/reach a bigger audience.

One of the ways to achieve that is to be a guest blogger. I have decided to give new christian bloggers the opportunity to be guest bloggers on my blog.

If this is something you are interested in, send me a message via the contact page on my blog so we can discuss further.

This will be great if you are a new christian blogger as it will give you an opportunity to write for a bigger audience. That being said, old bloggers are welcome too.

Looking forward to hearing from you. 🙂

  1. “Unless the Lord builds the house (BLOG),
They labor in vain who build it…

I remember when I first started this journey and how I’d look at the stats, particularly seeing the map and general geographic location where the people were from who were responding. This intrigued me in a large way. After a while, I began hearing the Lord say, “none of that’s important, besides I’m sovereign and I’m in control.” He also reminded me that He’s the author of the messages that I share and He knows the target audience, even if only for one…

After this, my eyes shifted away from the map, away from the followers, and away from the stats. This was liberating for me. Fast forward to not long ago when the Lord put my writing on hold and limited me to merely reading and commenting (fellowship and engagement), the Lord showed me something… More people followed the blog without me writing than when I was writing…

One of the most liberating things for me in blogging was to lose sight of the numbers, the audience, and focus on simply writing what the Lord gives me. The Lord knows who the message He gives us is for, and He knows how to get the message to them. The Lord may give us an essay for one.

It’s very easy to get drawn into the stats and desire to have a bigger audience, but when we do this, we can easily lose sight on our true purpose for blogging in Christ Jesus. Let the Lord do the building of the blog, it relieves us of any added pressures and it helps to keep our motive for the mission and message, pure and undefiled….

    1. Yes and amen! I totally agree with you and I highlighted this in my 7 tips for Christian bloggers post. Whilst there is the supernatural hand of God in what we do, I also believe there are practical things we can do too. This idea is synonymous to blog parties which helps to connect bloggers. I see it as someone wanting to sell a product but waiting on God to sell it.

I feel this is a way of helping other bloggers connect and with that connection comes the additional benefit of being seen, heard and followed😊

      1. I understand what you mean. However I won’t be able to read them all to decide. You don’t necessarily have to decide now. Just let me know which one when you are ready😊
