…..that i should stay and live in fear

He says “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.” John 14:27

God did not say that i am a victim of circumstances

He says “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.” Romans 8:28

God did not say that i am beneath

He says “And the Lord shall make thee the head, and not the tail; and thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath; if that thou hearken unto the commandments of the Lord thy God, which I command thee this day, to observe and to do them:” Deuteronomy 28:13

God has not said that i should be consumed with worry and anxiety

He says “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.” Philippians 4:6

God has not said that my children will bring me sorrow

He says “All your children will be taught by the LORD, and great will be their peace.” Isaiah 54:13

God has not said that i can live life the way i like

He says “Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.” I Corinthians 6:19-20

God has not said that my body is consumed with sickness

He says “But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed.” Isaiah 53:5

God has not said that i am lonely and alone

He says “….. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” Matthew 28:20

God has not said that i will get no help in times i am weak

He says “And He has said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness.” Most gladly, therefore, I will rather boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may dwell in me. Therefore I am well content with weaknesses, with insults, with distresses, with persecutions, with difficulties, for Christ’s sake; for when I am weak, then I am strong.” 2 Corinthians 12:9-11

God has not said i will be alone in times of pain and grief

He says “But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.” John 14:26

God has not said that i will perish in this earth

He says “After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever.” 1 Thessalonians 4:17

God has not said that i will not get any reward for my service to Him

He says “……He rewards those who earnestly seek him.” Hebrews 11:6

Anything outside what God has said is a lie. I refuse to accept the lies of the devil. I will continue to hold on to the truth of God’s word. The fact may say otherwise, but the truth remains constant and will always prevails. Help me God to accept truth rather than facts always.
