It takes more effort to climb to the top of a mountain than it takes coming down from it. It also takes more time to build than to destroy. The mountain climbers hold on to objects like rocks they see as they climb. This helps them maintain balance. When building also, you need the manual to build quickly and effectively.
As you go through life, never compare your speed with that of others. You never know what they are doing. Everybody is busy but we all are busy doing different things. Some people are busy building while others are busy destroying. The ones destroying are often faster than those building. So stay and focus on your lane.
Just as the climbers need something for support and the builders need the manual, never forget your manual and support. Rely on God’s word which is God (John 1:1). Remember if you don’t use a support or manual, you will slip down or end up building something different which will lead to you starting again.
So save yourself some time and energy and build according to the instructions in the word of God. It will save you so much stress. Climb and build wisely.
“Except the Lord build the house, they labour in vain that build it….” (Psalm 127:1)
